The National Weather Service has issued a tornado warning for portions of Lorain County until 7:45 p.m., as well as a tornado watch for much of Northeast Ohio until 9 p.m, Also, National Weather Service predicts strong winds Thursday and Friday, with gusts reaching 45 mph on Thursday and 55 mph on Friday, as well as small precipitation in Nevada and Northern California.
