Deadly Winter Storm Leads to Hazardous Travel, Thousands of Power Outages
As of 10 a.m. on Monday, more than 20 inches of snow had fallen along the east coast of the United States during the most recent winter storm, as per the National Weather Service. In the Carolinas, Georgia, and Pennsylvania, hundreds of thousands were left without electricity. Two people died in North Carolina as a result of the storm.
