Physical Activity for Seniors Reverses Aging
It isn't a surprise to know that exercising is good for us. But it is becoming more and more evident that the long term benefits are greater than we imagined. Thanks in part due to a recent study done by Ball State University. The researchers recruited "exercisers" and "non-exercises" in their 70s, as well as cyclists and runners around the age of 25.
