On Sunday, the latest forecast said Arlne could also cause flooding concerns in parts of Cuba.

Flooding rainfall could unload in Tampa, Bonita Springs, Key West, Havana, Pinar Del Rio and Miami.

Based on the 2023 Atlantic Hurricane Season, the following names are set: Arlene, Bret, Cindy, Don, Emily, Franklin, Gert, Harold, Idalia, Jose, Katia, Lee, Margot, Nigel, Ophelia, Philippe, Rina, Sean, Tammy, Vince and Whitney.
