Due to the little rainfall and dry conditions, the situation could become more challenging in the Northeast due to the drought conditions.

A dry spell is forecast this week, with little to no rainfall.

The drought outlook is forecast in Des Moines, Kansas City, Chicago, Detroit, St. Louis, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh and Philadelphia.
