In the Pacific Northwest, residents should anticipate a wetter weather outlook before Christmas outlook. Homeowners should watch out for beneficial rain in drought-affected areas, including mountain snow.

The Pacific Northwest has recently experienced flooding rainfall due to snowmelt and heavy rain. From December 17 to December 21, a pattern change in the weather will bring beneficial rainfall in the following areas:

  • Medford
  • Redding
  • Reno
  • Fresno
  • Los Angeles
  • San Diego
