The latest weather forecast reported that a rainy outlook and snow can be possible in the Northwestern US this week. People should stay alert for winter-related advisories and travel disruption.

In November, the Pacific Northwest and parts of California experienced rounds of rain and high-elevation snow. The colder air also helps with the recent warmth in the region.

In addition, the heavy precipitation reduced the fire risks and drought-stricken areas.

The National Weather Service (NWS) is monitoring an upper-level trough in the Western US. Recently, a Pacific Storm helped with the stormy conditions in the Northwest.

In the Rockies and Great Basin, rainy and mountain snow are likely in the early week. The surge of cold air is also forecast in the Western US, helping with the chilly temperatures in the region.

Furthermore, homeowners should stay alert for winter-related advisories on the West Coast, including in parts of Four Corners, Wasatch, Uintas, Southern California and San Juans.

On Wednesday, good travel conditions are expected in parts of Los Angeles, San Francisco, Billings and Denver.

Meanwhile, the NWS Los Angeles reported the impact of the Santa Ana Winds on Monday or early this week. The forecast warned of boating concerns and challenging winds in parts of Ventura to Santa Ana.

The NWS Huntsville reminded residents of gusty winds this week reaching from 40 to 50 mph. The windy conditions can damage power lines, tree branches, roofs and outdoor equipment or items.

In San Diego, residents can experience moderate to strong Santa Ana Winds. It can reach from 30 to 5 mph. However, the windy outlook could end or improve by Wednesday.

Meanwhile, the forecast added that a windy outlook could spread over parts of Riverside and Santa Barbara. Travel conditions are also affected due to strong wind gusts and rain outlook.

Weather in Florida: What Can People Expect?

Parts of Florida recently experienced flooding rainfall. Residents experienced strong winds, travel dangers and power outages due to the severe weather.

In Southeastern Florida, about 100,000 people had no electricity due to the strong winds and heavy rains. Beach activities also experienced strong surf and rip currents.

As a result, weather preparedness is crucial, especially for low-lying and flood-prone areas. Keeping survival kits is a lifesaver during severe weather events.
