The forecasts added that some Midwest, Northern and Central Illinois, Michigan and Ohio could expect snow.

Meanwhile, possible severe thunderstorms could emerge in Shreveport, Atlanta and Raleigh from Thursday to Friday night.

During the late week, the forecast said potential rain could unfold in Dallas, Houston, Memphis, Charlotte and Washington.

The combination of snow and rain could result in road hazards, including the following:

  • Challenging gusty winds
