Cheetahs are known to be the world's fastest land animal. Previous attempts to capture their grace in running have been successful, but a zoo in the U.S. found another way to film a cheetah's flight, by attaching a GoPro POV camera on its back.

The GoPro camera changed the game when it comes to mountable point-of-view action cameras. With its wide array of mounts and straps, it can be attached to basically anything a person can think of, from a baby's head to rocket ships bound for space. And in doing so, fascinating videos are produced. Just like when an enthusiast thought of mounting a GoPro on the back of the world's fastest land animal, a cheetah. The video produced was just amazing, as expected, which lets viewers experience how it is to hitchhike on the back of a cheetah running at full speed.

The Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden just made a stunning video which has never been done before on with cheetah.

According to the video posted by the zoo, Savannah the Cheetah, wore the sports enthusiasts' most coveted action camera on its back to support the Cat Ambassador Program.

This feat is a first for the zoo and the cheetah, but the question is how did the zoo officials managed to put a GoPro harness or strap onto the fierce creature?

"Let's try it, put on a harness on a cheetah, we put it on Savannah and she could really care less. She is used to harnesses" said Alicia Samson, from the cat ambassador program, in a video posted by the zoo. The cheetahs from the zoo were raised by humans since birth, making it easy for them to put on the harness to the animal.

This is the first time a point-of-view of a cheetah running at full speed was recorded. When watching the video, it seems like the viewer is almost riding or hitchhiking a running cheetah which makes it more entertaining to watch, according to a report by Gizmodo.
