Latest reports showed that the storm would weaken in Northern California, but residents could still expect more snow conditions.

Meanwhile, the NWS Weather Prediction Center's latest key message reported that a developing winter storm is expected to unload snow in the Upper Midwest, Northern Plains and Central High Plains from Wednesday to Friday.

Furthermore, heavy snow is forecast in Northern Iowa, Southern Wisconsin and Minnesota.
