Stargazers and astronomy lovers found themselves in a stunning and magnificent sight after a halo-encircled snow moon emerged in the sky last weekend.

The weather cooperated with the unfolding of the snow moon even if parts of the United States experienced severe weather conditions.

The snow moon is considered a full moon in February. According to Almanac, it is called asnow moon because January and February are known as the heaviest snowfall, especially in the United States.

Meanwhile, the remarkable sight was unusual that unfolded during the emergence of the snow moon. According to AccuWeather, Kentucky and New Jersey communities saw the snow moon with a halo.
