According to NASA, fireballs are astronomical events that show exceptionally bright meteors. Meanwhile, AccuWeather explained that shooting stars could not always be related to meteor showers.

AccuWeather reported that almost 102 fireball events emerged over U.S soil, recorded from November 1 to November 15, 2022. The report added that the November 9's fireball event garnered 188 reports, which was seen in the Southern and Midwestern states.

Meanwhile, NASA explained that meteors or shooting stars refer to meteoroids that managed to enter Earth's atmosphere. The fireballs that explode in the Earth's atmosphere are called bolides.

However, the astronomical events will not end there. The report shared that Leonid Meteor Showers would unfold in the night sky from Thursday to early Friday morning. It is considered one of the most-awaited events for many astronomy lovers.

Those who would see the Leonid Meteor Showers should prepare and save the date. The forecast showed that the weather could not be cloudy. There was no forecasted storm or severe weather conditions affecting the view.
