Philippines Creates Task Force to Clean Up Massive Oil Spill
The oil spill, about 35 nautical miles south of Naujan, has reportedly reached the waters governed by Barangay Aplaya in Bongabong municipality, according to the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG). On Thursday, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) announced that the oil spill from an oil tanker near Naujan, Oriental Mindoro, is spreading to other places.
