Warmer winter or cooler winter outlook in the US

In El Nino, the forecast showed warmer than average winter could likely be in southern Alaska, Ohio Valley and the Pacific Northwest. Reports showed that El Nino could push the Pacific jet stream to move in the East, bringing a warmer outlook in the Northern US.
