AccuWeather's outlook showed that flooding concerns could emerge in San Francisco, Salinas, Santa Barbara and Redding.

Meanwhile, the NWS Sacramento reported that a warm and wet storm system is expected to unload heavy rain and challenging winds in interior North California.

Recently, Reuters and the Nature World News (NWN) reported that the snowpack helped California's reservoirs.

According to Reuters, the NOAA and US Drought Monitor reports showed that 17% in California managed to improve from dry and drought conditions.
