Meanwhile, the NWS National Weather Prediction Center reported that a winter storm is forecast in the Upper Midwest and Northern Plains.

The forecast added that West Coast could also expect a burst of snow and winter storm conditions this Thursday or Friday.

Rainy conditions and snow are also expected in California, especially in the Sierra Nevada and Coastal Ranges.

AccuWeather's latest forecast said snow is expected to unload in Southern Wisconsin, Wyoming and South Dakota.

Based on the weather outlook, snowfall is forecast in Casper, Bismarck, Minneapolis, Sioux Falls, Chicago and Lincoln from Wednesday night to Friday.

Lower Michigan, Detroit, Central Iowa and parts of Illinois could also experience severe weather conditions.

Meanwhile, the National Weather Service (NWS) reported that moderate snow is expected in the Northern Plains and Great Lakes Region.

On Thursday, the forecast showed that rain and snow conditions could likely emerge.

Cooler conditions are forecast in Green Bay, Detroit and Chicago.
Snow conditions are expected in Rapid City, Bismarck, Fargo, Sioux Falls and Minneapolis.


Rain and snow are forecast in Omaha and Moines, while rainy conditions could unload in Kansas City.

Homeowners and motorists traveling this week should anticipate slower commutes. It is also best to check your flight details for possible delays and cancellations.

On the other hand, rain outlook is forecast in parts of the Central U.S. that could result in travel disruptions and flash floods.

From Wednesday to Friday, possibly heavy rain could unload in Dallas, Oklahoma City, Little Rock, Nashville, Atlanta and Jackson.
