You may find this gross. A dead rodent was found in the Dr.Pepper bottle.

What would be your reaction if you find a rodent inside the bottle of your favorite soda?

According to Mashable, a family in Katy, Texas opened the bottle of soda on Monday since the three-year-old grandson Kayden was not able to empty the drinks. However, Mr. Graves, grandfather of Kayden, found a rodent.

Since the kid drunk the soda, the family decided to see a pediatrician to check his blood and urine in order to make sure he has not contracted any diseases as a result of drinking the tainted soda.

Luckily, the kid is safe. "I'm concerned about the health of my grandson," Graves said.

KPRC2 Jennifer Bauer posted a picture of a rodent inside a Dr. Pepper bottle. Bauer captioned the image, "A Katy family says this RODENT was inside a soda bottle their 3yr old grandson drank yesterday."

The image went viral quickly since May 9, Monday and it reached to Dr. Pepper. The company released a statement to Bauer.

Dr, Pepper said in a statement, "We have offered to dispatch a courier to pick up the product to take it out for testing by a third party forensics laboratory, but the consumer has declined this request. This lab would be able to analyze any rodent that got into the product, determine how it entered the container and even inspect the contents of its stomach. This process can take six-eight weeks to yield conclusive findings. Until we have the opportunity to review the contents, we don't have a way to do a full investigation."
