Proposed Underwater Bubble Net May Stop Hurricanes From Devastating US
Scientists are proposing the use of an underwater bubble net stretched out between Mexico and Cuba at the Yucatan Channel to prevent hurricanes from forming and hopefully avoiding the devastation of property and lives in the United States.
