Staying safe from challenging winds and tornadoes

Troublesome winds and isolated tornadoes can become deadly. As a result, homeowners should stay updated with the latest tornado advisories. Here are essential reminders to homeowners to keep safe from severe weather threats.

Secure outdoor items, stuff and equipment

Strong winds can blow away outdoor equipment and items, including trees and roofs. Homeowners should also check their roofing system. Regular maintenance would help to keep safe from the weather.

Limit any outdoor activities

Staying at home can make you safe. Severe weather threats with isolated tornadoes and flooding downpours can result in dangerous road conditions.
