Meanwhile, the Daily Express reported about eight quakes that went above magnitude three, noting that the tremors came from magma intrusion.

On the other hand, the AFP report explained that 100,000 flights were reportedly delayed and canceled in 2010 due to the Eyjafjallajokull volcano's eruption.

The report noted that about 10 million travelers were affected by widespread travel disruption.

Furthermore, Visit Iceland said that the Fagradalsfjall is one of the tourist attractions in Iceland.
