The forecast said motorists in the Northeast, Central and Easter United States should check the weather conditions as the colder air and a cross-country storm could bring snow accumulations on roads.

The wintry weather conditions could result in slippery travel conditions and reduced road visibility.

On the other hand, according to the National Weather Service, California residents dealt with severe weather conditions, causing heavy rain and mountain snow.

Recently, NBC New York and Nature World News reported that New York had no measurable snowfall since winter began.

However, recently, NYC suffered from a heavy lake-effect enough, resulting in snow accumulation and road delays.

Meanwhile, AccuWeather reported that Philadelphia, New York and Boston have no measurable snow.

Nevertheless, with much optimism, the snow could likely result in measurable snow in the coming weeks.

According to the Weather outlook, snow could unload in Northern New England, Central Appalachians, Quebec City, Ottawa and Erie.

In the United States, the forecast said wintry weather conditions could be expected on Friday.

  • Colder weather could unfold in Detroit, Columbus, Charleston, Pittsburg and Buffalo.
  • Meanwhile, Burlington could expect a mix of rain and snow. Portions of Chicago, Indianapolis, Eastern Tennessee, Western North Carolina and Eastern Kentucky could also expect snow showers on Friday.
  • The forecast added that rain showers could unleash in New York, Boston and Portland.
  • The heaviest snow could unfold in portions of Ontario and Quebec.

The weather is expected to become colder in Charleston, Pittsburg, Buffalo and Erie portions on Friday night, with a potential burst of snow.

On the other hand, AccuWeather warned that the weather could cause road hazards, especially for untreated road surfaces or pavements.

The report said that reduced visibility and slushy conditions could cause road hazards in Chicago, Indianapolis and interstates (40, 70, 77, 79, 80 and 81).

The forecast said motorists should consider the weather conditions before going to affected areas.

The drop in temperature, meaning colder weather, could also be noticeable in Jackson, Jacksonville, New Orleans, Charlotte, Atlanta, Nashville, Memphis and Thunderbay.

There is optimism that New York could have a measurable snowfall this coming day.

Meanwhile, the NWS New York NY warned that slippery road conditions could occur on north I-287 and Meritt Parkway.

The light wintry conditions are expected until Thursday night, causing snow and freezing weather.

The weather forecast also said that the temperatures this week were recorded cooler, but it is still on average season level.

Although New York City could experience light snow, motorists should be extra careful driving due to wet snow and slippery roads.

The temperatures are colder, and it is best to ensure that people wear layered winter clothes to prevent hypothermia and frostbite.
