Salamander Fungus: Lacey Act to Keep Out 201 Foreign Amphibians
Researchers are concerned about U.S. salamanders contracting a deadly skin disease that has caused major die-offs in Europe. As a result, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has listed 201 salamanders as injurious wildlife under the Lacey Act.
