Tips to Help You Increase Oxygen Levels in Your Body
Inadequate oxygen levels in the body manifest itself in many ways. People with low levels of oxygen in their blood may experience changes in skin color, coughing, a faster heart rate, confusion, shortness of breath and fast breathing, as well as sneezing and wheezing. A condition you have low levels of oxygen in your blood or tissues is known as hypoxia. There are various factors that contribute to the condition.
