The latest weather report revealed that Southwestern and Eastern United States could anticipate a challenging heat this week, causing possible heat-related health stress and increased fire risks.

People with outdoor activities plans should also check the weather temperatures before they leave their homes, as heatwaves can become deadly.

While the Northeast is under a flooding rainfall threat, the latest reports noted that the Southwest and the East can expect a hotter weather outlook.

In the recent forecasts, Nature World News (NWN) reported the challenging heat in parts of the south and the west US, noting that Death Valley in California could reach 130 F heat temperature.

Hotter conditions in the United States

According to AccuWeather, the challenging and record-breaking heat will continue in the Southwestern and Eastern United States.

The forecast said that parts of the Southwest, California, Utah, Nevada and Arizona, experienced troublesome and excessive heat conditions.

In Phoenix, the report recorded high temperatures during the weekend.

Based on the weather outlook, the heat conditions are expected to begin on Monday, bringing 110 to 120s highs in the affected region.

The forecast said hotter conditions could emerge in Redding, Reno, Elko, San Francisco, Fresno, Las Vegas, Cedar City, Los Angeles, Phoenix and Albuquerque.

However, the report noted that extreme heat could occur in Phoenix, Las Vegas, Fresno and California.

The NWS Phoenix reported that the extreme heat in the region could put at risk older adults, newborns, people with chronic illness and outdoor workers.

Furthermore, the National Weather Service warned of the dangerous heat in Central California. The advisory said that people should drink enough water to avoid dehydration.

The AccuWeather forecast said the heat would expand in parts of El Paso, Lubbock, Dallas, Oklahoma City, Austin, San Antonio, Houston and Corpus Christi.

According to American Red Cross, extreme heat can become dangerous. Hotter weather could make Americans vulnerable to heat-related health risks, including heat stress and heat exhaustion.
