The end of October has been marked with changing weather, from sudden rain to severe weather conditions with thunderstorms.

In previous news, portions of South Central America, from Texas to Alabama, reported experiencing beneficial rainfall that could help alleviate the heat and offer relief to drought-stricken areas.

Meanwhile, the drought in Midwest affected farmers and their agricultural lands due to non-existent rain.

While some portions of the United States in the Midwest and Northeast recorded a widespread cooldown and sudden rebound to warm temperatures, the Northeastern U.S and Canada noted the heavy mountain snow.

Meanwhile, the report added that the impact of the brewing system in the Atlantic basin resulted in beach hazards on Sunday in Orlando, Virginia Beach, and Charleston.

The risk was said to bring gusty onshore winds, minor coastal flooding, and strong rip currents.

While the end week of October had severe weather conditions, causing rains and gusty winds, rain with chilly weather could persist up to Halloween in the mid-Atlantic to Pacific Northwest.

According to AccuWeather's latest forecast on October 31, the report said that the chilly rain could affect the Halloween enjoyment of many Americans and kids enjoying the rick-or-treats.

Based on AccuWeather's Halloween Outlook, the weather patterns showed that New York City, Houston, and Portland could expect rain showers. Meanwhile, Denver, Chicago, Los Angles, Minneapolis, and Atlanta could have dry to mild weather.

Meanwhile, the report added that the storm would not be intense but would result in rain, especially in Washington, New York, Cincinnati, and Detroit areas.

People who want to enjoy the Halloween festivities should bring an umbrella or extra raincoat protection as the rain could soak many parts of the United States.

Meanwhile, it is best to keep updated with the weather on Halloween to prepare for the rain and not disrupt the Halloween festivities.

If the rain becomes intense, it is best to explain to your kids and enjoy it inside the home until it abates.

Winter season

As the winter comes near, the forecast says that the 2022 winter will be warmer than Americans experienced last year.

However, snow accumulation would still emerge.

In fact, many portions of the United States started to feel the early taste of winter these last days of October.

A tropical storm in the Caribbean

The National Hurricane Center reported that a disturbance has a high chance of reaching a tropical cyclone.

The potential Tropical Cyclone Fifteen could affect areas in Jamaica and Grand Cayman Islands starting Monday.

The advisory said that Tropical Storm Watches have been in effect.

The Hurricane Center is also monitoring the potential impact on Central America.

Recently, the National Hurricane Center noted the low-pressure areas in the portions of the Caribbean that could transform into tropical storms or depressions depending on the environmental conditions.

Meanwhile, affected areas should prepare for the storm, especially those near the coasts.
